1. General Refund Guidelines
- Refund requests are subject to the terms outlined below, depending on the type of service and cancellation timing.

- Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
2. Tour Package Cancellations
- Cancellation Made 30+ Days Before Departure:
- Full refund of the amount paid, minus a 10% service charge for administrative costs.
- Cancellation Made 15–30 Days Before Departure:
- 50% of the total tour cost will be refunded.
- Cancellation Made Less Than 15 Days Before Departure:
- No refund will be provided, as bookings are considered final.
3. Hotel and Accommodation Bookings
- Hotel bookings are subject to the individual policies of the hotels partnered with Darjeeling Darshan. Any cancellation or refund related to hotel bookings will follow the hotel’s specific cancellation and refund policy.
- Darjeeling Darshan’s Role: We will facilitate the refund process between the customer and the hotel, services, resorts, homestays, tours & travels. However, we are not responsible for delays or denials of refunds by the hotel, services, resorts, homestays, tours & travels.
4. Transportation Services
- Cancellation 7+ Days Before Scheduled Transport: A full refund will be provided, minus a 10% administrative fee.
- Cancellation 3–7 Days Before Scheduled Transport: 50% of the transportation fee will be refunded.
- Cancellation Less Than 3 Days Before Scheduled Transport: No refund will be provided.
5. Non-Refundable Services
- Certain services, such as special offers, last-minute bookings, and promotional packages, are marked as “Non-Refundable.” Refunds will not be available for these bookings under any circumstances.
6. Amendment to Bookings
- Amendments or rescheduling of bookings will be treated as a cancellation and rebooking. In such cases, the refund will be processed based on the cancellation time frame mentioned above.
7. Refund Processing Time
- Once a refund request is approved, it will be processed within 7–10 business days. Depending on the payment provider, the refunded amount may take additional time to reflect in your account.

- In such cases, we will strive to offer alternative arrangements or provide refunds based on service provider policies, but no guarantees can be made.
